As a Canadian fan of curling, I love listening to Kevin Martin & Niklas Edin, my two all-time favourite male curlers. I found it very interesting to hear Nik speak of he & his team are funded as well as the difficulty of building his team to a world class team. Team Sweden (Edin) are one of the best male curling teams to date. I can't think of any curler (team) who has won so many world titles & 3 Olympic medals.

I love watching Nik and his team in games. He is so focused and I love his sense of humour too. I got his autograph at the Scotties 2023 in Kamloops, BC which was a highlight of my weekend.

Amazing work ethic. Early on, Edin was highly motivated to produce consistently high-quality results, and has set personal/team goals to be the best and as achieved this, despite many challenges. I never tire of watching him and the rest of the team play, most often cheering for them more than my own Canadian teams. I have heard of this town, Örnsköldsvik. Amazing really to have athletes train to be the best that they can be, above everything else in their lives. The Swedes don't fool around when it comes to sports. Much respect. 👍
