I gave the Islanders at least one game in my bracket because of Roy and his experience. The only sweep I expected in the first round was Rangers over the Capitals just because of Washington's terrible goal differential and the fact they only got into the playoffs because the Flyers pulled their goalie late in that last game.

My brother who’s a Carolina fan also thought the Islanders would win one game. As soon as Rangers Capitals was locked in as round one, I knew the Rangers were gonna wipe the floor with the Capitals. Washington doesn’t deserve to be in a playoff spot. They absolutely stink. Whoever the Rangers play in round two will definitely give them a much harder time than the Capitals.
