A few of the top draft picks in the past decade have seemed extremely self-conscious to me. Patrick Kane and Tyler Seguin, especially, come to mind.. those two in particular seemed like they would always speak in a faux/imitation macho/deep voice, and their eyes always seemed "glazed over" to me, like as if they were completely caught up in their own atmosphere. Auston Matthews sometimes seemed ALMOST the same as them (the moustache seemed like a teenager hipster-y thing), but he also seemed just slightly more grounded/real than them.
