It's changed during the later part of the playoffs, but if you had actually watched a Florida Panthers game during the regular season in the last 3 or 4 years, you probably could have literally counted all the fans in the stands. The attendance numbers the NHL posted for Florida were totally exaggerated. The fans will come out for the playoffs while the Panthers are winning, but the moment they start losing, you'll be able to hear crickets, and count the people in the stands on your hands and toes again. That is a fact.
