The most telling thing he said here was calling 2022 and 2023 seasons successful. That shows you exactly where the organizations mind is at. Fill the stadium all year with anticipation of the playoffs therefore it doesn’t really matter if they get swept in 2 games in the wild card. An organization actually focused on winning would never utter such a statement. Can you imagine the Yankees or Red Sox or dodgers saying a wild card sweep with 89 wins is a successful season?

It is utter insanity that this group has watched the slow decline of the teams bats since DAY ONE of hiring their newest Batting Coach, and not had the mental capacity to put 2 and 2 together. Oh, @ 9:40 and I quote "It's not something we just sit back and say, it's going to happen." That is ALL you've been doing from Schneider up all we hear is "It'll come." "We're close."
