it is a chopper
@chuckiepeoples10 ай бұрын
Hardly. I own one. It just looks like a sportster. It needs a rake, a hardtail and a tall sissy bar to look like/be an actual chopper.

Did you lower the rear. Wondering bout fuel capacity with the tank lift plus rear drop... I have a 1.5 tank lift on my 14 Seventy Two Hard Candy Chrome flake but wondering if I should drop it one or two... btw fucking sweet bike brother and it’s a toss up with all the awesome hard candy paint H-D has but I would want the red second to my grey

Great looking machine. Have you ever had problems with the Shinko whitewalls turning brown? I've read comments elsewhere about that being a problem. I need tires for mu Sportster 1200C and I am thinking about getting these 777s. How has the tread life worked out for you?

On your Speedometer/ Tachometer does it display your gear position and fuel remaining? I've just bought the same bike and am looking at updating to the same unit.
@nvmyc3 жыл бұрын
While I no longer have the bike, it does display the gear you're in but I believe you need an option fuel reader that harley sells to get the Distance to Empty. By default only the "low fuel" light will come on. Hope this helps

just asking but why get rid of the fork brace? I want one to stop the flex when jumping over small bridges & speed bumps at 70+ mph!!!
@nvmyc7 жыл бұрын
the front fender doesn't add much as far as a brace....there is little to no extra flex from the front without it. I could have bought an RSD front fork brace but I opted not to after reading various comments on the HD forum that said it was not needed.

the harley and dakota digital one both allow you to set your mileage when you first plug it in if they are a new unused unit. Best of luck
