Sportster Iron 883 with Stage 1 Upgrade [TBR 2 into 1, Arlen Ness Filter, V&H FP3 Tuner]

I added the Stage 1 upgrades to my 2021 Harley Sportster Iron 883. In this video, I'll show the complete upgrade with stock exhaust vs the Two Brothers 2 into 1 exhaust, along with sound tests and riding.

Just bought a sportster with the tbr exhaust and hammer 1275 setup. God damn it’s loud. I’m also wearing a open face helmet that’s probably why. Keep up the good work. The sound bytes are hilarious

I'm in the same situation just bought used '19 883 with vance and hines twin slash mufflers... and it's so loud lol... have to pay $80 for some baffles to try and quiet it down, but it has that lovely rhythm to it at least!

What I like about your videos is that the people you ride with have very different bikes. Despite of it you ride together and have fun. And the other thing I enjoy is seeing a brand new Iron 883, which here in Europe is not sold new anymore, being customized from the ground up. So thank you, dude!

JB weld is going to help you temporally, the constant change of mass due heat and cool down cycles eventually will cause you problems down the road. (JB weld replicates the properties of steel not Aluminum). Get it change. One more thing brother, getting the exact torque specs when it comes to dealing with aluminum is paramount.

It will fit, I compared it with the part numbers I found on revzilla and the ones that I bought. Amazon requires the sellers to list all the bikes that it will fit, and some sellers are too lazy to do that...

How did you add the tbr exhaust on the app? I have a 2021 iron 1200 but on my app there aren’t any exhaust systems just got my tbr system

I’m not a fan of the look of the 2-1 exhausts even though I know you will achieve more gains with it but these are wearing on me. Sounds great. Be careful of the temporary repair. Great video. May I ask your height?

I've put a Baffle on em just to avoid getting a ticket.. but now the pipes heat up a lot... should i be worried?

I currently am running straight pipe shorties that are about 4-5 inches long, do you think this exhaust would be louder than that having it go through one pipe? I know the muffler for the 2-1 is short but the slip ons im running are basically an exhaust tip on straight pipes

Also I see your signals are mounted on the front and not the bars, did your bike come that way or did you get a kit for the relocation? The fairing I installed blocks the signals bar mounted.

I'm not sure if the pipes would be louder, but mine are pretty loud and I have to wear ear buds every time I ride. I bought the signal relocation kit from Harley.

I’m 5’8 and 145lbs I’ve got a 2020 iron 883, at first it might feel a little heavy but once you get more miles to it and build confidence you’re straight. Don’t fear the bike, respect it

How loud is the the 2 into 1 from tbr? I've been looking into them but I don't want to be disappointed when I fire it up and find out my cheap sharkroad Amazon slip ons are louder.

It’s not extremely loud. I’ve got the tbr megaphone 2into1 it’s loud but it’s more preformance oriented than sound

Yea I think it's worth it. It now feels better when I open the throttle up over 80mph. Anything to give it more power 😬🤙

Dude how do you get your blinkers on the sides like that? what are they called?

I think my old 883 had screws on the side of the triple tree that allowed me to relocate the blinkers to the sides. If yours doesn't, just look up blinker relocation brackets for your bike. I did it on my 48 if you check out my t-bar install video. I have links to it there. You can also view all of my bike parts with photos on the website kevlarxkoffee 🤙

@@kevlarxkoffee EBS. External Breather System. So, it vents out the detonated oily hot air into atmosphere, thus keeping the cylinder heads as clean as possible from carbon build up, keep temps low and better performance.

Nah. Vance & Hines are shit. Not only do they decrease horsepower, they also lower the torque curve. The only thing good about them are the sound. But if you want sound AND performance, your best bets are Two Brothers and S&S.
