I don’t know what’s the actual events that happened. No one can know except those who were involved. But yeah, we people have nothing but opinions from hearsay’s. Although, if I find some stranger taking pictures of my kids anywhere without my permission, I have the right to ask them to delete it, not as a right as such, but as Humanity in this insane social world. I’m a skeptic, no idea in what context would such pictures be used and so I would protect my kid as much as I could. I would have no regrets for that. Remember guys, it’s easy to say a few words and type a few opinions. Public figure or not, treat all as human beings and imagine how you would have responded if it were you.

It seems that People who are trolling or criticising kohli here are fully confident that its kohli fault and channel 9 are absolutely correct, we all know how Australian media works and how they target certain players.

Virat should keep his family back home and not travel with them like luggage, if he wants to avoid the media. Trying to get too much off the field than doing the rights on the field.

It is well know fact that Virat does not like media attention around his kids. Australian media being 12th man of their cricket team trying to get under the skins of Indian Cricket team they exactly knew what they were doing and now they are playing fool's game yapping about Australia, public space, media rights etc etc. This is not first time Australians pulling off such stunts they have done it in last BGT series as well. Indians before pointing fingers on Virat these Australian ain't no walking saint. Kudos to Virat for standing against these "real" bullies.

Valid points.. If he didn't like kids to be filmed .. They take the precautions like hiding their faces or wearing masks or waiting for the media to disperse.. I guess that Virat 's reaction was unnecessary 😢😢

If women work in the media they should be equally accountable as men. Why're you asking Virat to be a tough guy when you're working with gender equality?

Think issue also lies with the translators refusing to ask certain questions. You’re a journalistic translator, that is your job. As long as the question is reasonable and topical it’s free game.

Brooo..... We all are aware the 'BULLIES' on social media that do not even think once about commenting anything bad about these 'personalities' and their families...... If y'all don't know, just google it that Virat was receiving very bad comments on his daughter when he was not performing well...... Unpopular opinion but I think that Virat was somewhat wrong and he behaved not-so-well with the journalist but he was absolutely correct for being protective towards his children
@mohdanzar189517 күн бұрын
Wtf man...He never objected to cameras being focused on him.. obviously such objection doesn't make sense given the stature he enjoys in the cricketing world....The poor guy only wants the privacy for his daughter..Its his choice if he wants his daughter being flimed or not, what's wrong in being a protective father ?? He has his own concerns and has repeatedly communicated the same to the media over the years....Its pathetic tht Australia media has shamefully tried to give the whole drama a feminist angle with some Australian media officials stressing on her being a female and 5 feet tall.seriously??where's the idea of male female equality now ? And what height has to do with it at all?...He just confronted a journalist who he thought had clicked photos of his daughter.. Assuming she doesn't have clicked it actually,it was a case of misunderstanding then which can happen with everyone .....Now there are some genuis people saying he should leave his daughter at home...why would he confine his daughter to the four walls,just because there are some pathetic ppl out there who doesn't know to respect someone's privacy.how hard is it to keep your camera away from a child?? having said this , Media has right to flim any influential personality in public spehre ,nobody can deny it to them,but at the same time virat or any public figure has right to ask for the privacy for their family,if they feel the need to do so.....J have never been a virat fan and not even among his great admirers,but in this very case I felt he's on the right side and being targeted unduly..

@stavio12 so what you as an Australian will see defeat of your team for third consecutive time in Australia with Rohit , Virat , Pant and Gill hitting centuries and akash deep , bumrah taking 5 wickets and nitish Reddy smashing your bowlers here and there

@krishmaroo4903 That may be but the fact still remains that Kohli bullied a woman.

His PR needs to do a better job informing him about such media laws in another country before touring there or else you end up with such unnecessary controversy and that too the Australian media are way more bombastic than our Indian media and they have a whole lot more freedom to report the news as it is so even such silly issues are usually blown out of proportions
@PM1350118 күн бұрын
Australia law also states freedom of speech, so what are Aussies bitching about? Sounds like Aussies sledging every visiting team but blaming Harbhajan for "allegedly' calling him a "monkey" when Aussies were acting like "buffoons"!! Just out of curiosity, did Tony Jones ever called Matthew Hayden an "asshole" for being an objective journalist+++++?

Apparently people like Virat who are arrogant to start with kick up these fusses just so they can Instagram it and every one of their posts makes 1 crore rupees! It is obscene and I totally agree, he is a spoilt sport. He has no business talking to that female reporter for several minutes when she did not invite him to do so! Is he interviewing her?! Shame on you Virat for acting like a school bully!
@Assault_Rifle-77717 күн бұрын
I don't know why but this couple has a houlier than thou attitude. Being in the controversy for all the wrong reasons. The last big controversy was when he filmed his wife shouting at a random stranger throwing garbage on the road. He could've repsected the privacy of those strangers without revealing their faces, right? Also, how can you expect privacy from a public figure in a public space? These Chokli fans are insane and raging everywhere. He shouldn't bring his kids in a public space if he doesn't want the media to film them. They are hypocritical individuals with narcissism.

since he is icon and most famous cricketer internationally , ppl and journo tends to follow him and his family but getting furious and reprimanding ppl who take some click doesn't make any sense and justice his action. Once he retires ppl will obviously wont be give and listen him much, so no questions of being angry and confront ppl who takes some pic of his or family.
@OjasSR18 күн бұрын
It doesn’t matter if he’s a public personality. Every single person has the right to their privacy. And every human has basic rights, and no one is “expecting these to disappear” because they are popular. Second thing is that if you felt your children were being filmed, you would go on and say, “yeah, film them as much as you want man”. Come, I don’t deserve privacy because I am a personality. Real cheap. Try and think from his perspective.
@stavio1217 күн бұрын
Privacy is lost in public space and so are hurting anyone's butthurt feelings about being filmed. Bad luck if his kids were on film. Keep them at home.
