Bhutan should have inter-dzongkhag tournaments, for girls and boys under 15, and under 18. That way talented children in the far flung areas can be tapped at an earlier age. Selecting form thimphu alone is not a wise stategy for a country with less than million total population.

ANFA should go to the 77 district for new players colection and select 22 players from the all players who have good skill. then afer provide them good diets diets with good coach for one year traning. coach also should be previous player not like this. nepal women u-16 game is very poor not only the players also their tactics, running stamina etc.

The goal keeper of Bhutanese was too weak , made unnecessary mistake, therefore was 1st. goal, easily made. Also, ball controlling must be improved from both team. In order to make attractive for viewers, both teams must be improved. Success.
