I love what clone companies are doing, but sometimes you can't beat experience the OGs. Like for instance, with Absolute the opening being juicy fruit vs. Obsession being more on the spicy side. To me the juicy fruit opening sounds a lot more appealing. But Creed is not making it easier being 300-400 dollars for 75ml.

I have Dua's version of Absolu Aventus and I'm giving it the 2 week time out and their version of Boss Bottled Pacific is a beast I'm also letting their version of Boss The Scent Magnetic sit the 33 dollar designer line has some great options but when the vault opens up again I encourage you to try Night Hawks it's not a clone but it is a great fragrance IMHO

I went and smelled Absolu Aventus this past Saturday and I was blown away! Smelled amazing but the price is just too high. Venba had it for 380 and I talked myself out of it because that's just too much for a 75 mil bottle.

Thanks for this, this is hard to buy in the UK. I recently bought Ventura by Absolu Parfum, it's really good. Long lasting and Extrait de Parfum concentration. They have an extra fruity blend too called Ventura Fruit Explosion apparently it's like Absolu Aventus with extra burst of blackcurrent and crushed fruits. Would be great to hear what you think of it.

I've had a look at Ventura, wish there were more reviews. I can only find a couple of Ebay listings for it, which each give an identical review in their description. Where did you see the recommendation before buying?

I got my 15ml of absolute king the other day and I like it. I’m wondering if it needs to mature. I have a few others from the house that I’m letting mature. I got samples 6 months ago, they matured and are beast. The bigger bottles not so much, so I’ll let them sit. The juice for absolute king can’t be more that a couple weeks old considering when absolu came out. I’m suspecting that it’ll get denser with a little age. Regardless, I love this house, I’m very impressed with it. I’m an SO convert.
