@@appalachianknifereviews how has the edge held up since you had them? We’ll never know what steel they actually use but it must be at least AUS-8/D2 me thinks… You should get a cheap set of hardness testers, the ones that scratch the steel at various rockwell hardness levels. Would make for great content.
