Some general themes I noticed while watching. I wrote down each key value and while watching, I would jot down anything mentioned that might fall within a category. Detail oriented- consistency and flexibility, squads focus on one section Innovation- Agile, minimize the need for predictability, creative freedom, encouraging ideas Aggressive-small frequent releases, testing heavily, boot camp outcome oriented- each squad has a responsibility, focusing on the long term mission Stable- Small tight leadership groups, avoid chaos and bureaucracy by balancing through agile People oriented- (again) encourage creativity, trust over control, creating a comfortable work space Team oriented- be autonomous but don't sub optimize, community over structure, autonomous squads, functional self oriented team Hope that helps anyone who is struggling!
