Some general themes I noticed while watching. I wrote down each key value and while watching, I would jot down anything mentioned that might fall within a category. Detail oriented- consistency and flexibility, squads focus on one section Innovation- Agile, minimize the need for predictability, creative freedom, encouraging ideas Aggressive-small frequent releases, testing heavily, boot camp outcome oriented- each squad has a responsibility, focusing on the long term mission Stable- Small tight leadership groups, avoid chaos and bureaucracy by balancing through agile People oriented- (again) encourage creativity, trust over control, creating a comfortable work space Team oriented- be autonomous but don't sub optimize, community over structure, autonomous squads, functional self oriented team Hope that helps anyone who is struggling!

This is nowhere even close to accurate 🤣For example, 4:08 to 4:32 he is literally just asking the audience if they've read the PDF and watched the Spotify culture engineering videos.

@@ENTAiE007 when it comes to aggressive, my thoughts lean towards them aggressively seeking to "fail fast, learn fast, improve fast" in order to get their product to market ahead of their competition.
