Love the chair! Think I would have gotten jewelry box and put it in the booth with for sale jewelry dripping out of it, but I like jewelry boxes - older soft ones, too. Good to see your Dad. You brought back long-forgotten memories. Back in the mid-late 60s, we girls would use old lunchboxes or empty food boxes to make purses by covering them with words/pictures from newspapers and magazines, varnishing them (before polyurethane came along), and adding a handle made of string, ribbon, or yarn. No two are alike. I believe that's what you found at the first sale. he chair is cool and I think you should ask $500.

Great video guys... very enjoyable, I just love that chair, and with the mailbox, check to see if there is a number on the lock, if there is jot the number down, take it to a locksmith and he will cut a key from that number.... alternatively see if the whole locking mechanism can be removed and take it to either a locksmith or hardware store for a new one complete with key... good luck, take care and see you on the next one :)

I bought a frog green Buick Skylark with an extra set of snow tires, plus three spares, from a garage sale/estate sale once... $75. I was in college, broke all the time, and the family was desperate to clean out their deceased Dad's house. Great condition, guy had been in a nursing home, had those awesome brocade seats in it, it was a heavy tank of a car. Drove it for 10 years. 😂

I think if I had it, I would ask about $400 for it, though. You can't get it (more money) if you don't ask for it. And, you can always come down if the customer asks for a discount. I don't know if your mall offers discounts for cash sales or not, but typically they are 10%. Another successful shopping day. Congratulations and keep on keeping on! Love you guys! God bless you!

Another fun and profitable venture. I went to 3 thrift stores today and found nothing worth buying at the last two. At the first one, however, I found 7 Tiffin-Francisczn stemmed wine glasses and 6 iced tea (some called them whisky)glasses all in Flanders pattern, pink, made 1928-1935. I paid $3 each and they're online for $70 to $220 each (ya, Replacements so not realistic) so that was not too shabby.

You can take fine sandpaper sañd it ddust and hit it lighly. With some😮 29:15 vaneer fur.niture stain maybe try the marina style so if it. Gets wet wet wont hurt..

You being a tool guy, I bet you could appreciate this find. I was a at a barn sale going through an old box of tools and I found a Plvmb socket wrench. The “O” is a V shaped O. That way Plomb got away with copyright infringement from Plumb.

When we moved from our old post office to the brand new one they let us the employees have a chance to pick up boxes just like you got. I just went to a locksmith and he reconfigured a new lock. No problems. Hope that helps you.
