Thanks alot for valuable information. My husband is a Us citizen and he applied for my I 130 in August 2019. Our case is at NVC but for last 3 reviews ( more than 6 months ) now they keep asking for my husband's assets whereas we didn't mentioned any assets. What we did is mentioned my mom in law's assets and we already submitted the proof for her assets.she was joint sponsor but then NVC told us to list my mom in law as household member. What should we do now?? We are confused and desperately need to be together

You should ask the consultant or attorney working on your case for guidance. If you are doing this on your own, by now you should have realized that that is a bad choice. If you would like me to review your case, provide advice or support send your request to info@visacoach.com and ask for "Menu of services for ongoing spouse case at NVC" and I will reply with menu of services I can provide for your situaTION.

Thank you for all your info, our case has been denied by USCIS but after our lawyer called them why they didn’t send any letter they had told him that the case is still depending a consular decision, but what I don’t understand why the lawyer sees at the system is denied! Could you explain why please ? And why took so many months from time consulate sent it back to USCIS thanks
@Visacoach3 жыл бұрын
If you don't understand what your lawyer is doing, you should ask him/her directly to explain. He/she is working for you. You have hired and paid. You deserve full and patient explanations of what he/she is doing for you and what your case's situation is. It goes without saying that that is the way I treat my clients, I get to know their situations fully, get to know them too, then make sure to give them the my time and personal attention so we are all "on the same page".

@@Visacoach I do understand you thank you so much but we wanted to hire you but when we called you , you told us that you are not a lawyer sr and that you are only teaching people and training them how to talk and which proofs they should have (preparing them so good ), my question is why the case shows denied and no letter yet but they told the lawyer the case is still pending a consular decision? Why is denied and not denied that’s what I don’t understand , SORRY

Wat if my partner is still living with me in philippines.he did not yet go back in guam he live here 2yers untill now,is he can allowed to get me even if theres no tax return updated,and only we will use a co sponsor.can he get me to the state going back to guam
@Visacoach3 жыл бұрын
If you partner is living with you, you are lucky. Yes he can apply while remaining with you and the two of you can relocate together to Guam or mainland USA. If a co-sponsor is needed, then marry and apply for a spouse visa. The USEM will not accept co-sponsors for fiance visas.

@@Visacoach sir we are already married since 2019,and his still here since sep2019..are we allowed to that expats sir.but he dont work since 2018
@Visacoach3 жыл бұрын
As you are married, then your spouse applies for a spouse visa for you, and as he has no job he enlists the help of a financial co-sponsor.

Hi sir My wife she’s just graduated and she’s just start working full time it was a student, my question is, if she keeps working full time as a teacher and add 2nd job on Amazon as a warehouse to sponsor me by the end of this year, they can accept the 2 jobs income to achieve that 22k income?
@Visacoach3 жыл бұрын
If she has stable and verifiable income over the requirement her financial eligibility should be accepted.
@TheBrain44003 жыл бұрын
@@Visacoach thank you sir, but please my question it was if she's able to mix between 2 jobs to achieve that income, or they accept only the income from 1 job??
@Visacoach3 жыл бұрын
One job or a thousand, income is income. If she makes enough, if it is stable and verifiable then it should be accepted.
