I wish they would rework for spark so that it holds up to three charges in reserve and split the recharge so that it becomes 3 s cooldown for each charge, rather than 9 s cooldown after you've used up all three charges!

If the cooldown started in the background upon the first usage of Spark, that would be very nice. I might actually be encouraged to use those boosteds you gets from hitting with Spark.

@ well they both only give 4% boost max which is not really worth it no more compared to black red yellow purple blue or green like brown and white are normie emblem sets. Ex speed black emblems with anything else would be better
