I have to tell you a little over 30 years ago I painted my 89 mustang a hot pink with a blue pearl in it so when I would go under street lights and certain different tunnels it would change the pink would change into more of a magenta purple and I used to actually play specs and wind money what color my car was cause people would fight with a pink was a purple but it's still pink with the blue pearl today! I think the 1 downfall is that when you drive a vehicle like this where it's so noticeable so obvious and it can only be you that everybody knows where you are at all at all times of the day or night it doesn't matter... you can't hide!

The pigment is probably the best glowing paint in the world right now. Even heat makes it glow and it glows for a long time. I have paintings with the stuff and they glow like I painted them yesterday. I never thought I’d see someone spray it on a car and I’m mad I didn’t think of it first.

I'm really curious on the longevity and what's needed to keep the pigments bonded/safe. I'd imagine the clear topcoat is CRITICAL to keep in good shape.

Good one
@bengeppert37124 жыл бұрын
Was thinking the same thing. Maybe mix with like a hyper shift that was some white properties?
@SeanStrife4 жыл бұрын
I don't think that'd be a very good idea; the hypershift pearls would ruin the car's ability to get a decent charge to be able to glow and the glow pigments would interfere with the car's ability to color shift so you'd wind up cancelling the two effects out. I'd compare the idea to steak and chocolate cake; they're absolutely fantastic on their own, but you wouldn't want to mix the two together. I could see these pigments pairing really well with, say, Polaris Yellow, though.
@colethompson4154 жыл бұрын
What if you layered the colors? Put down your base then your hyper shift pearls and then a layer of the glow in the dark
