Is the sprayer yours? This is just my idea, but If it was mine, I would make it so it sits in the bed of the kubota, get ride of that gas engine, and use a 12 volt pump, or a hydraulic pump (to reduce weight). If that sprayer was made to sit in the bed, you'd have less wheels on the ground, running over less plants, especially on the turns.
@farmertylerranch43994 жыл бұрын
No it’s not mine but I’ve been wanting to do something like what you’re describing for awhile. 100 gallon tank on a skid with a pump that sits in the bed and a boom that mounts in the receiver hitch (or something). Then no trailer to fuss with, less wheels on the ground and less likely to get stuck!

Have 2 Kubota mowers down and 2 John Deere gators. Neither shop is helpful about changing them out/ interchange between brands etc or even repair. The standard line I get is, You’ll have to buy a new one. But I figure one motor bad the other/others can’t be far behind and at 2k plus a motor that’s a healthy investment in an older machine. Got one single axle drive gator and a tandem so 4 or 6 times 2k plus change hits me hard. Anyone chime in Please.
