OMG FT, must you over build everything? Your genius for design and fabrication is unequalled, but sometimes it can get of hand. Clearly, a long time ago, some guy set out to make a tomb for a Pharaoh, and we ended up with the great pyramid of Giza.

When you water your fields is that well water? Or city water as in you have to buy it? And how many mama cows do you currently run?

Never concern yourself about making your videos interesting. They are always interesting chock full of information and observations about being on the land. You and your family do yourselves proud.

There's something about watching Tyler work his hay field that is satisfying and calming. Thanks Tyler for another fine cinematography experience with you! Also, for the YT family here, I blundered into a channel by a small family farm in western Wisconsin, near my neck of the woods: GierokFarm. Definitely worth checking out. Thanks everyone! Tyler you sure know how to make farming interesting! Im a city gurl thru and thru but your videos are the 1st i watch when I open up KZbin. I'm sure you have noticed this but when you picked up that bale of hay, all the mice that were scurrying to get under ither bales was fascinating lol
@wilfredkube857018 сағат бұрын
You are very observant! I checked the video after I saw your comment, and starting around 21:03 there were a few! I remember from my own childhood how mice would live inside a haystack, and I seem to recall that the cows were put off by the odours left by the mice.

I just read Dr. Mercola's report on GRASS fed vs GRAIN fed beef: Grass fed and grain-fed cattle follow dramatically different paths after their first 7 to 9 months. Grass fed cattle continue grazing naturally until 20 to 28 months, while grain-fed are moved to feedlots and fattened rapidly with corn and soy-based diets until 15 to 18 months. Conventional feedlot operations expose cattle to numerous chemicals including antibiotics, growth hormones, pesticides in feed, and routine vaccinations - with pesticide residues in animal feed allowed to be up to 100 times higher than what's permitted in human-consumed grains. Grain-fed beef can contain higher levels of phytoestrogens and other endocrine-disrupting compounds due to soy and grain-based feeds, while grass fed beef naturally contains lower levels of these potentially harmful substances.Grass fed beef offers superior nutrition with up to twice the riboflavin, three times the thiamine, four times the vitamin E, and 1.5 to 3 times more conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) compared to grain-fed beef. Contrary to common belief, regenerative grazing practices can increase livestock carrying capacity by 50% to 70% compared to continuous grazing, while also improving soil health, biodiversity, and carbon sequestration. Had to share this with you Tyler!
