Spraying with golden cocoa butter

Spraying with golden cocoa butter, gives a very special shine to your bonbons. Just blend gold powder into the untempered cocoa butter before tempering. Amount of poder depends on how golden you want your cocoa butter. In this tutorial i show you how you could use this absulutely amazing color. Remember my videos are only guidelines. Just use what you need and make your own designs.

Very nice technique! Do you have two separate gravity cups for the two colors, or do you just clean one cup at a time? Also, can you remind us of the tape you are using? I make chocolates as a hobby at home . Would a PME airbrush and compressor be good enough to spray chocolate moulds with coloured coco butter ? If not can you suggest a reasonably priced airbrush please

I'm having trouble getting my sprayer to spray chocolate, it works with air and water but my tempered chocolate mix barely wants to shoot out of the spray gun. How do I fix the chocolate to be able to spray?

Hello. Your gun needs to have at least a 0,5 mm nozzle and 4 bar pressur. I spray with cocoa butter. If you want to spray with chocolate you need to ad 50% cocoa butter. Watch my video on equipment 💪
