Here for the bronco!!! They they sell patch kits for the spot over the doors. Jeffs Bronco Graveyard should have all the parts you need to replace if you not finished with the bronco. Hit the inside of those panels with some Eastwood rest encapsulator Platinum or POR-15 spray to stop it from rusting again in the future. Check the rockers & rear crossmember/tailgate seal areas too. If they pass the check get some cans of Eastwood internal frame coating and spray the inside as soon as possible rebuilding my Bronco now

Bro you’re a legend at this! Quick question, if I do bodywork outside through the winter time, what’s the best way to protect my panels after working on them if they’re gonna be out in the weather for a month or two before I get to sand down and paint , I know sealer isn’t sandable so I’m curious as to if that’s recommended or not ? Seriously tho thank you for all the gems!

Just throw some high build primer on it. You’ll be fine sanding it on down the line

3 questions 1. Once you get metal block sanded, you spray an epoxy through a gun that stops rust? 2. What is the can of paint you spray on the car and what does it do? 3. After worrying about cutting out rusted wheel wells all I have to is match new one to old, cut it out, cut out inner that's exposed, bolt the new ones together and weld them in the car? P.S. I'm going to your site right now!!
@SprayWayCustoms9 ай бұрын
Yes, spray the epoxy on to keep it from rusting…the stuff in the can is just flat black spray paint for a guide coat
