Just the fact that he called her " baby" was enough for me , because he said it witn so much emotion. The other thing that stands out about this scene is how Trina always makes Spencer nervous like a teenager So adorable how he fidgeted with her hands and told her she was a best thing that ever happen to him before Trina kissed him . He is discovering true love with Trina that he didn't have with Esme. I just hope he realizes Trina loves him and Esme used him. Trina, that is the way to spring in and give your man a kiss and many more to come. Their love is what this world needs. If you notice at the end when she kisses him for saying those lovely words, a kind of Romeo & Juliet music plays, I like that. GH please keep this up with these two young actors. The problem as always with Portia is the lack of trust she has for her daughter. And clearly she doesn't know her, because if she did, she'd realize what Curtis said to her was indeed correct. Trina is a very wise, level headed, intelligent, and self aware woman. Portia on the otherhand completely ignores this, and talks at her daughter instead of to her. She needs to understand that she is no longer a child, but a fully grown adult capable of making sound decisions. I wish she could take a page out of Granddaddy Marshall's playbook💯

I hate being judgmental because I love them so much but sometimes Trina's acting is a hit or miss and she can make the scene so cringy for me. Nicholas Chavez 10/10.
