Same here in southeast Texas.... drier than a popcorn fart. It has rained all around me but showers split and dodge my area. I feel your frustration...

I'm in the same boat as you in SW Ohio, I planted beans May 23 and some have come up but the rest are still haven't germinated. 2 100th"s of rain in the last 3 weeks and like you dont know what to do but wait and see what happens. Bandit

We are dry here in south east Michigan. Rain in the forecast for the weekend so hopefully we get a soaker.
