Spring has officially sprung, so I'm making a spring cleaning & project series this year. In part one, I'm planting my garden seeds, giving my house plants some love after the winter and deep cleaning the winter gear out of my front foyer.

Deep decluttering/minimizing and was going to redecorate/re arrange but now packing boxes this spring. However the timeline has changed so I might be living with boxes for a year instead of 5-6 months. 🤷‍♀ Hopefully you didn't need to take out the winter jackets again, there's been a few more colder days. Hey Kalyn: lilies are deadly to cats. My cats had to be hospitalized after being exposed to them. Even just coming in contact with pollen can kill them if they lick their fur afterwards.

For the boots, drills some holes at the bottom of the feet for water draining, throw some stones in, fill the top half with dirt and plant some flowers, personally i think tulips would look stunning in it, then place them in the garden or maybe outside the entrance as decor🌷

Just so you know, Lilly’s are very toxic voor dogs and cats. Even drinking the water is toxic. I dont know how Calvin and Klein behave but just so you know 😊 Keep them safe ❤️

I want to add, just to be sure, that the anther dust, can fall on the fur of pets and, for example, if cats later groom themselves and lick it, they could die. So it's not even about how your pets behave. It's not safe to have Lilly's at all in your home when you have pets.

We've been spring cleaning over here! I have gotten my front and back porch cleaned and power washed, been baking something new every weekend, and once our last frost season is over, I'll be doing some gardening then! 😊

Just a suggestion! Put multiple propagations in one pot so you make a whole new fuller plant. It helps the roots grow faster using the space in the bigger pot. The snake plants probably just have too big of a pot and it’s busy trying to use its energy to create a root system versus producing leaves. Sometimes when they’re in too big of pots and the soil stays wet for too long they’re more prone to root rot. So you can put multiple propagations in one 4-6 inch pot or use a smaller pot for one propagation. Hope that makes sense. Love the spring cleaning! 💕

Hey Kalyn! I advise you to plant your plants on a pot with holes on the bottom and put a platte under them/put them in a bigger pot and water them from under :)) So the water wont stay inside and can evaporate easier and the soil wont get moldy. ps. All love from a plant lover landscape architect

Just an ideal for the future, you should get one of those IKEA wardrobe systems or some kind of cabinet that will fit in that corner where you have all your coats hanging. IT will look alot more clean and organized instead of everything being out in the open. I think It would look cute. Especially now that there will be 4 of you. Gonna need the storage.

Lillies with pets is a no no as theyre toxic as are some other plants, how your cat hasn't knocked your plants over id never know, my cats try to eat everything 😂
