I totally agree, I think I just am experiencing very new feelings and haven’t really found a secure place for them within myself so it feels a bit weird and daunting to speak about them out loud right now. I can relate to the concept of trying to process happiness/contentment/safety. I’m going through something similar, but my mind keeps telling me to be careful because experience has shown me that in time the other shoe will always drop.
