I always get this funny weird feelings and fatigue when I stop working out,i just do my workout first thing in the morning !!!it really helped a lot .you don't have to so anything intense any workout you like will do!!!!❣I personally like yoga and pilates I just put on KZbin video and follow along !!

I like having two rugs - as you've done in your bedroom - but I think you should try overlapping them AND staggering them so they don't line up perfectly along one edge. Ideally they would also swap positions, as the red feels visually heavier and would be more grounding.

I think as much as it's good to have an exercise routine, we also need to trust and listen to our bodies and it's okay to be flexible with it - if you're having a day where your body doesn't feel good and feels like it needs to rest it's okay to lean into that! You can always do the workout the next day instead. Sometimes when we feel lethargic exercise can help, though, so it's not always easy to know what to do - I think doing some gentle stretching can be a good idea, it might be that that feels like enough, or it might revitalise you enough to feel like more exercise would be helpful.

Ciao Lauren! I feel the same about the first sunglasses (second pair was very very cute on you) if you don't love them straight away return them - I think are a little little too small. Dungarees are so cute on you - keep them! Can I ask about the grey Clarks, where did you find them for woman in grey? In Uk they sell the grey ones from size 6 men, for woman they have the maple which is a yellows horrible colour lol - please share a light lol. CARPET SUGGESTION - move the oriental one on the left side of your bed below the window and the orange one at the feet of the bed xx
