I wasn’t prepared to like the pencil skirt as much as I do, but it’s my favorite, esp with the wide belt. And about the foundation- you work hard, you support yourself, you can do whatever you like with your money. I live alone, so I love being able to splash out without having to “ask permission” or hide my little indulgences. Shoutout as always to George and his perfect posture. Does he ever slouch? He is such a good friend. Thank you for showing us your fabulous life, Jo, and showing is all what is possible if we just make up our minds and do stuff.

❤️❤️Jo. You are an absolute style icon for those of us who are no longer in our 20s. You look incredible in every single outfit you wear. I absolutely agree that a properly proportioned (shorter & fitted) denim jacket goes perfectly with a maxi dress. They’re especially comfy when they’ve got a tiny percentage of stretchy elastane in them so that they’re not rigid like the old Levi’s jackets used to be. The chunky boots give you an edgy look too. 🧐Can’t figure out why some designer brand hasn’t snatched you up and made you their muse. These days, I thought fashion is supposed to be about ‘inclusivity’. Not every model has to look like a 6 foot tall, 7 stone teenager. You are the perfect lady to show off styles for all the women who love fashion and aren’t afraid to stand out in a crowd. 💕💕

We're older now and we have to do the things(buy) the things that bring us joy. The dresses are simply beautiful and so feminine and I wear my denim jacket with my dresses also.Stripped sweater looks like you're ready for a weekend in the Hamptons.The skirt looks fantastic on you! You look so sophisticated. My son gave me a pair (washer/dryer) and I had to have an electrician come in and fix my electrical unit for my pair.Beautiful coliseum. I loved the spring fashions but I think my favorites were the black dress, denim jacket and the cardigan. You looked great in all of them actually. I love your fashion style and you wear everything so well. I think your hair looks so good and wondered if you have any styling advice or products that you use to help you style your hair. Jo - those gorgeous dresses (which may get worn a couple of times a month) each cost about the same as your foundation (which you wear daily) so I would say the foundation was a good investment. My grandma always said invest in your hair and face as it can uplift an outfit, but an expensive gown will never look good if your hair and makeup is a mess 🌺 ps George with Myrtle was adorable.
