Spring field work from last year. Enjoy
Welcome to Farming With Carp. This channel will show you the jobs that we do on our farm in Indiana each day. We are a regenerative organic farm that capitalizes on the uses of cover crops. We raise corn, soybeans, wheat, peas and alfalfa. We also have a growing herd of livestock on the farm that we graze across our acres. Come along for the ride!

Mate, I would like to see a section on one of your plantings twice a week. The first germination to 6 weeks to show how the no-till works. Not a lot maybe 1-minute per paddock, corn, beans etc. The size of your gear and drilling straight into rye is mindblowing. I would really like to hear your approaches and what to do if things don't go to plan to give us some instruction to follow. Many thanks from New Zealand

I like a couple a week. Would probably keep each video worth it and not burn you out. Keep up the good work!

I have seen a lot of footage of people planting green into cover crops but I always wonder how the seed to soil contact is with that much biomass on the soil. Could you show how the seed looks in the furrow? Thanks!

Great footage! Keep it up. Do you find it matters that you roll the same direction that you plant?

We usually roll the same way we plant. It seems to roll flatter and get a better kill doing such.

What is the drone you are running? How much flight time on the battery?

DJI mavic mini. They claim 30 min per flight. But it’s more around the 20 min mark. Good drone. I recommend it!
