I really like BV. I hope he is the next Nick Saban as Thad Turnupseed said. I do feel this will be another tough year with all the new guys but I do think we will improve over last year. Hope to see at least 8 to 9 wins at the very least and an improved Defense. OU needs to continue to stack top 5 classes, with elite players at all positions with good depth. Right now the D line and O line are a concern to me, especially the interior D line. We reallly need to start hauling in the Big Boys so we can compete against the Georgias, the Bamas, and others we will face in the SEC. Texas is starting to separate talent wise from us and that is a concern to me. This 2024 recruiting class will really be important in getting us the Big Dawgs we need in the trenches.

Can the offensive line dominate Georgia, Alabama, and Texas? Do we have a dominate defensive line that can make things happen? Can we dominate the Big XII?

Texas hasn't had a dominant oline in the last decade. What are you talking about lol

@@prestonhodge3352they have a really good group in there thats young right now. Not saying they will be great but i wouldnt write them off as being trash just because they have been. They got a good NIL package together and got a lot of talent in there.

​@GeoffSmith3797 I'm not saying they are trash. What I'm saying is you can't compare the texas oline to a Georgia or a Bama oline. Either way we've got to get better in the trenches next season. This is our last year of patty cake football.

@@prestonhodge3352i think Texas will have one of the better OL groups next season. They should at least, the talent is there. We should too but were kindve a year behind them in terms of getting the guys our coaches want in. Sark should have his guys now, we almost have ours but even the ones we have are young. I’m excited for next year, i think 9-11 wins is realistic. Mostly because of scheduling being very favorable for us
