My rear suspension is so stiff at standard setting specially on rough road so I adjusted a click, I thought its hard to do but with the special tools that comes to it simply easy, and it just stored under my seat, I can adjust it any time, hope this gives a bit info, thank you..

Softer? How much do you weight dude? I'm pretty light and it already feels too soft on my mt07

Hi, thank you for tuning in, I'm a bit heavy at 87kg, but the rear is so stiff and the front are not always diving in every time you grab the brake, but yes maybe I got the rear shocks stiffer from the factory lol, ride safe always!

Have you tried to go TWO clicks? I have a Tracer 900 and with the factory tool I can go one click. Then I'm out of travel on the tool and I can't reach the next notch. I had to remove the chain guard to get more swing and get another notch.
@BeRideBack Жыл бұрын
First of all thanks for turning in, you mean soften it by two clicks, yes I did but I have to soften the rebound to make it stable slowing the play or bumpy that will not throw you off the seat, comfortable for along ride
@John_Ridley Жыл бұрын
@@BeRideBack really I just wanted to know if you could use the tool for two clicks. I could only get one then I couldn't get the tool on again

@@BeRideBack I just bought a 2020 XSR900 and I simply lowered rebound on rear shock to the min and the ride is nice and plush for the roads and also lowered the seat height by 2". I may be 5'10" but I have very short legs with 29" inseam so now it fits perfect. From new these are on preload 4 or 5 and this is rock hard and has the seat height so high I had to tippy toe everywhere. Good video.
