Hi Sarah! I hope this isn't redundant as you said you've struggled with acid reflux for years but just on the off chance you haven't heard of it, have you tried DGL tablets (stands for deglycyrrhizinated licorice)? My mom has also struggled with it for a very long time and she said those helped ease her symptoms :)

thank you!! i would say so yes. i’m surprised you said that cuz i feel as tho i did pretty good on the fresh produce besides the lettuce (which always comes in those if it’s pre rinsed) and cauliflower sadly is always wrapped :( i try my best to not use any additional plastic when i’m at the store tho

omg! i was just watching it back and realized that there was more plastic than usual on the produce because i bought multiples of stuff...things like peppers and potatoes don’t have it in single quantities lol
