Green is my go-to color when I visualize healing myself and others, especially after connecting with my Elven soul. It reminds me of my home. I also give the same gentle and loving "pets" & hand waves to all the little plants and trees that I can while talking to them and telling them how beautiful they are and how much I love them so. I occasionally pet bees (gently, now, gently!) and talk to all the bugs, birds, deer, and so-on that I see as well. They are all so precious. When I connect with that part of myself that is immersed in the wild, I automatically start singing and crying from the beauty they possess and so generously share with us. It's all so magical! And remember, everyone. The more positive and loving we are, the more it radiates out into collective consciousness, affecting ALL beings, including Mother Earth herself. Even if you can't do something for someone or something close to you, you DO have an effect. Believe it and practice being full of love whenever you can. Know that your energy matters and the more people that do it, the better this world will be. Remember also that many of us block ourselves off from love, so even if it's sent to us, we cannot receive it. Send out the energy and prayers of all that exists being able to ACCEPT love first, so that any love that comes their way can then be infused in their being. All my love!

Spent the first 20ish minutes tossing the Spanish moss back into the trees after several windy days, took a nice long walk on, as I call it, my little corner of the world and sang to nature and the universe and, yes...hugged a few trees!!
