Recently things have felt off for me and this is why I haven't uploaded as many videos for a while. I am slowly rising up but (slowly) And filming on the good days where I feel most me. I really appreciate your support, my family, friends, Patreons and my fiancés support who, as you can see in the video, came out into the woods with me for support whilst I have been feeling a little anxious lately. Always what a beautiful video.After an accident I have a traumatic brain injury and some vision loss.I went to the quiet woods recently with a friend.I am drawn to trees and moss.Oh!the moss was so springy and healthy!I felt so safe blessed and gratefull that we still have quiet secret Sacred places to visit.I came home and made a ritual fire and counted my blessings here in Ireland.Also I found a perfect wand for my collection you inspire me to decorate it.Thank you sister x

I also love and cherish moss. I have a moss terrarium on my desk at work and it continues to fascinate me on a daily basis. The textures are beautiful. I have had it for about 7 years. Dear Alwyn, This is a long letter, but I hope an important one for you as you plan future videos for your dedicated followers. In addition, I'm sharing how other followers might like to incorporate more of your teachings into their own lives. First, I want you to know how important you are to my daily life right now. You are truly the antidote to modern problems and the ideal alternative to social media and news. Indeed, I have made some major changes because of you, which is saying a lot for this grandma in her 70s, dwelling in a modern senior living apartment. Fortunately, you and I are "witchy" sisters, even with you being pagan & me being Christian. I believe that people today, especially women, are not connected to nature in the way we are meant to be for good health. Women also have too often lost their natural intuition in this corporate, busy world. It requires INTENTION to reclaim what we are created to be. THANK YOU for helping us. The changes: I set my Alexa voice to British! So much more soothing, less robotic. I changed my evening and morning routines (on my Alexa Show) to include Celtic fairy music and in the morning, after my morning birds playlist that awakens me, Alexa says (in her British accent), "Good morning, Enchanted One!" Modern technology can actually help to make one's life more magickal! Next, I want you to know that I have used your videos for my "Charm School for Magical Transfiguration" lessons. I have two 10 year old granddaughters who love Harry Potter and magic, so I planned a series of overnights with grandma, who spoiled them with school uniforms (pleated skirts, white blouses, school ties) AND long green velvet hooded cloaks for all three of us - like YOURS! We watched only a couple of videos this time, doing some crafts for spring and going into the forest. They LOVED it! Fortunately, my modern apartment is surrounded by woods, adjacent to an obscure city park which makes a fine Enchanted Wood. Visible from my second floor terrace, through the trees, is the lake and on the other side of the lake is our amazing Tudor country club - yes! Magical! And in front of the building, a pond with a fountain. The only stumbling block I had was that the girls are a little young to grasp the deeper meaning of what you do, but that will come. Right now I am just happy to have introduced the concepts. Of course, their mothers want to do all these things too, so we are planning the next overnight, this time at their aunt's home, for all of us! One of my goals in all this is to be so powerfully magic that I am able to spread it into the outside world, to see magic everywhere, to employ magic spells (which align perfectly with prayer and the teachings of what is my ultimate magic book, the Bible). For example, have you ever been able to change a room full of emotions with kind words and tone of voice? Oh my goodness! It is certainly MAGIC! So there you go. I am looking forward to many more videos from you, years of videos. Perhaps you will expand on your portfolio, taking us into your growing Alwyn Oak world, which has shown many of us how to live fuller, more connected lives. What grounds me is cooking something delicious every day, taking walks and noticing the clouds, the wind, the plants and trees,. What feeds my soul is the surprise visit of a wild animal or bird or insect, companionship if even for a moment's exchange of a neighbor or friend. What soothes my mind is a good book, a glass of wine, a moment of rest in the sun. Lovely to remind us, dear Alwyn, that we are whole beings whose every cell, thought and breath need love.

I also love wearing comfy pj’s to bed because it helps me sleep better. I have a large piece of blue calcite on my nightstand and keep a bowl of salt under my bed to remove negative energy as I sleep. I also wear certain crystals every day and, if not, I at the very least carry a small mojo bag with protective crystals and sometimes add them to my drinking water.

What grounds me lately is colors. I've been into colors for a while now, I've learned what they mean but most importantly how they make me feel, so whenever possible, I try my best to wear colors that are related to the energy I want to attract that specific moment or colors that relate to my energy that specific day. In the past, I used to wear just black & whites and looking back now i realized that I was going through a dark period and I wasn't being truly myself. Colors are important to me & my practice.

About fifteen years ago, I had a nurse instruct me on how to lean my head back and breathe, specifically to get rid of my severe vertigo. It sounds counterintuitive, but it's extremely effective! I've not had vertigo since!

Dear Alwyn, thank you for delivering such a beautiful video once again. I found your channel almost a year ago, and realised I'd never said hi. So here I am! When reading the description box, I felt like telling you this: don't push yourself to make content if you feel unwell. The current rythm is perfect. Or maybe every two months. Or maybe no shedule at all, and filming on a whim? Choose what is best for you. I suffer from chronic pain issues and have had vertigos in the past, and I know how those can take the life of us sometimes. Take all the time that you need, take care of yourself, that is the most important. I love the take you have on nurturing one's mental health, you have a unique way of finding solutions and they are so inspiring for me! At the time, I am experimenting on how to attune myself with moon cycles. Focusing on growth and positive things during the waxing phase, thriving with the full moon, relaxing and resting during the waning phase, and staying in my bubble with the new moon. And grounding during the quarters. I forget to ground too often '^^ I also wanted to point out that the sound work on your videos is amazing. Sometimes I can't stare at a screen because of my condition, but just listening to the sounds of your voice and music and background nurtures me and makes me travel. So thank you again for all of this. Right this is my second edit, but I forgot to say that your new haircuts are a-ma-zing. From the romantic 1920's to victorian long braids to short and fun again... You rock every style! (and I totally made all these labels up. But I do really love your haircuts^^) Have a most wonderful Sunday and next week!
