SPRING TEXAS

Spring is a census-designated place (CDP) within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of Houston in Harris County, Texas, United States, part of the Houston-The Woodlands-Sugar Land metropolitan area. The population was 62,559 at the 2020 census. While the name "Spring" is popularly applied to a large area of northern Harris County and a smaller area of southern Montgomery County, the original town of Spring, now known as Old Town Spring, is located at the intersection of Spring-Cypress and Hardy roads and encompasses a relatively small area of perhaps 1 square kilometer (0.39 sq mi).

@@HK00088 overall spring is pretty safe just avoid anything close by 1960 & 45 - that small sector is ghetto as it can be - it ain’t 3rd ward on the census ghetto but it’s just the activity and folks that are there that make it rough, and it will throw you off because you’ll see a bunch of homeless crackheads/dope boys at a gas station - but the Neighborhood behind that gas station is still some senior living folk that were there since the 70s (predominantly white folks)

⁠@@HoodAdventures 😳😳😳 YES 1960 IS indeed SPRING TEXAS - I was raised in spring and went to Westfield high school right there on Ella off the corner - spring high school, Westfield, Nimitz, Dekaney is all spring isd, not hisd. My father stays 6 minutes from me one exit away from Cypresswood, or a back way from kuykendahl to Cypresswood 77373 - however, I understand on the map/Google maps that 77090/77073 is marked as Houston , but when someone says Houston (north side) to me that’s basically anything below the beltway south bound. Anything pass the beltway northbound, you’re basically in The county line (Harris county) not city of Houston.

All The schools are Spring isd, not hisd - and that small sector is divided into several small sectors such as cypress creek/wells Fargo dr/cypress station-but not too far down 1960 - anything past Kuykendahl. Keep in mind that this area is Harris county (on the county line) not city of Houston

@@SRT92it’s Spring ISD but the 1960 part of Spring ISD is actually in Houston bro. I lived off of Cypress Station and had a Houston address. Spring Texas don’t start until you get to Cypresswood and Nimitz HS is Aldine ISD. Unless you are talking about Dekaney HS over on imperial valley.
