I do like the design of the Clubhouse caps. Especially the design for my Philadelphia Phillies. They all have a different type of style and design unlike the Spring Training and batting practice caps. Edit: I just bought a Philadelphia Phillies 9FORTY Clubhouse cap. I am so excited to wear it. It looks so good.

The new clubhouse hats are definitely worth it. I snagged a Brewers and a Tigers cap. The Tigers cap I bought has the tiger head inside the outline. It looks really nice. Can't say I'm a fan of the Mother's and Father's Day collections. I have always found those to be gawdy and unnecessary. Some of the recent Independence Day cap designs haven't faired well, either. Not sure if COVID affected that or not. Hopefully we can get something better.

So much to cover ✅ Historically I’ve never bought the ST caps ✅I was glad to see that a new distinct BP collection was offered. Buying the newest BP caps serves as a rituals for anticipating the upcoming MLB season. ✅I was letdown the ‘22 BP caps incorporated trucker mesh. I wish this style would run its course. ✅ I share the sentiment of re-introducing the 2019 “hex tech” material. ✅ Equally excited a distinct new Clubhouse collection was introduced. I like the silicone logos and the square material. I like that this collection serves to present caps with designs that think outside the box. Overall I like it. ✅ I also hope there will be a return of the Players Weekend cap collection. ✅ Glad to see your latest video. Been a while. Keep’m coming. ✌️👍👍👍

I think they should bring back both the Diamond era and the Hextech and use them more regularly. They breathe well and they don't look like I got it at a truck stop.

Fam I enjoy basic curved bill ball hats. i usually buy just plain flexfits. i like the hats with a soft crown. i dont mind the hard crown ones. is that the right terminology? Is it a style i'm missing? The soft crowns i dont have to worry about it getting dents/misshapen as sometimes i just toss a clip on it and attach it to my belt while working. i have googled and i just dont think i'm using proper terminology.

hey, do you have a video with tips on how to tighten up the top/back of the hat? i see videos on how to straighten them, but is there a way to shrink that area? i have short hair and the hat seems bunchy/baggy in that top to back area.

Well, you can further shrink those four back panels, but when the fabric shrinks you can get some rippling and puckering, around the seams in particular. Sometimes those go away when you put it on your head though. I'd recommend doing something like what I show in method #1 here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/mpWWgJ-BlNySh9k - really soak those panels with a spray bottle and then hit it with a hair dryer, thanks.

@@dreinthe616 thanks for the help. last questions. I steamed and tried to lay down that back seam that was bumping up and it ended up puckering. it doesn't want to go away. is there a fix? is there a way to properly lay down a seam is that bumped up without it puckering?

This years Spring Training caps are a huge disappointment. I love the meshback trucker style, but the designs on the front are boring as hell.

I wish they had released the Batting Practice caps at the same time as the Spring Training caps. I would have preferred to not have the patch but overall I like the cap regardless.

Same here, I actually ordered a couple of the BPs when they first appeared… was a bit of a surprise because they waited longer than usual imo.

Personally not sure, they just sort of became required to drive quick sales and definitely took off during the pandemic… waiting for it to calm down a bit for sure.

Yet again, Spring Training designs are poor. I agree, a few of the logos look pretty good. I'm not a fan of the mesh, but maybe that's just me. Prior Clubhouse Collections were better designs. I don't care for the homeplate outline with this year's Clubhouse. It's unnecessary and limiting. Sure, a few alternate logos are passable inside the homeplate design, but most are miss.

I have hundreds of caps, but maybe a dozen or so 5950s. I think the solution is to stop buying those caps.
