I made the Tandoori inspired dish yesterday for dinner with a friend and it was spectacular! I hate coconut yogurt but I could not taste any coconut. My friend (who isn't vegan) was raving about it. I also made a version without potatoes for my weekly meal prep (so it can be frozen with some side rice). Thank you for the brilliant recipe!

As always, when I think a given idea/recipe cannot be made more interesting you come up with a dish which surprises me - I would have never though of roasting savoury pastries alongside potatoes to make a complete meal! I made the gnocchi dish a couple of days ago and it was amazing! Honestly the best meal I've made for quite a while. I took the leftovers for my lunch at work the next day and got compliments on how good my food smelt in the staff room too! I've recommended the recipe to a few people already. Thank you for the great recipes as usual. Your recipes inspire me to cook more homemade food and I love getting creative with different flavours but also love how simple these recipes are.

I feel like green beans would work better compared to zucchini cuz it's tougher texture and not as watery. That's what I'll be trying since my husband just isn't an asparagus fan 😹

Beautiful beautiful simple vegan bakes please make more or a small little series like a month or two beautiful series I keep wanting to go vegan I tried the Purple Carrot box a few years ago but didn't like , then I just tried the plant based meats I didnt like I keep trying but don't like em weird taste ... The only thing I liked was the vegan sneaker doodle and the homemade ice cream I made out of bananas ... But I guess i need to try and make one of these receipes with my own seasoning

Yes definitely! Unless it's The Tofoo Co. tofu which is firm tofu and only requires draining, not pressing - I use that most of the time! Thanks for watching ☺️

Whenever I cook a recipe that says to cook things like onion in oil, I just use a bit of water. I still use a bit of oil though when I have to make a roux

You could just use water I guess! I don't have any issues with using a little oil in cooking especially when it's a good quality oil - everything in moderation and it helps carry flavours, spices in particular ☺️
