I have been a vegetarian since I was 21 yrs old. At the age of 69yrs old people think I'm in my early 40's, don't dye my hair and I have so much energy. Back in the day, it wad rare being a vegetarian and vegan wad unheard of. I would have to go to the library to get vegetarian books which wad very little. I would have to make up my own dishes. Going to a restaurant I could only order a salad. Pasta always had meat in it and they would try to take it out which I rejected. I love the internet and all of the recipes thanks for being on here. My husband (37) had a widow maker heart attack 2.25. There’s a lot going on there, but one thing we’ve done is go completely vegan/plant based. Not a huge stretch for us as I’ve always had a moral issue with factory farming. Anyway, I also work full time and have a 13 mo old son. Going vegan was so nerve wracking for me but every day I open KZbin and see a video by you that I didn’t know I needed. For the first time in my life, I love ingredients. Not just food but ingredients. The process. What they do for our bodies. I literally just cannot thank you enough.

Veganism is un-natural and not sustainable for humans. There has never been a vegan society in all of human history. If you want to take supplements and lie to yourself at least admit it.
@ChaNayNayAnime4 жыл бұрын
@@incelproud2670 ya know. I find it funny when people say that. Correct me if I’m wrong but there are a few major dietary associations that support a well-balanced vegan diet. It seems like scientific consensus is appropriate for everything except when it comes to vegan diet. Now you have may have your personal opinions but that has nothing to do with facts.
@incelproud26704 жыл бұрын
@@ChaNayNayAnime Humans evolved to eat animal flesh. Hence the requirement for B12. If you wanna take supplements to survive an un-natural diet that's fine, just admit you're lying to yourself. Alot of those "scientific" studies are probably propaganda to support veganism. Veganism is mostly a marketing trend.
@ChaNayNayAnime4 жыл бұрын
@@incelproud2670 I understand what you mean. I totally do. But in this modern day we don’t live natural lives anyways. We drive cars for transportation not ride horses. We get vaccines for viruses not get sick and hope we survive. We have thermostats to adjust indoor temperatures, among other unnatural things. I’m willing to bet you’ve also participated in such unnatural things. So regarding how natural a vegan diet is, who really gives a fuck? And I understand that you don’t like this. And you’re entitled to that. But you’re not entitled to your facts. Science is not up for debate. These dietary organizations don’t owe vegans anything. If you don’t like that they are in agreement with a well balanced vegan diet then that’s fine. But let’s not argue with Scientific consensus because you don’t like their conclusions.
