Love the video. I sold my camp on pine creek in Redford across from the log cabin inn. It’s great to see you guys fishing pine. Brings great memories back. I no you eat at the wellsboro house.-my family ran there business out of the train station for over 50 years. Root oil. Keep the videos coming. You do a great job

Thanks Brett, that must have been a nice spot there in Rexford, the fly fisherman were pulling them in like crazy about 200 yards down from the bridge. They are making some good beer in the station now, at least it's still being used and not torn down for a 7-11.

Hey White Rook if you don’t have one get you a air fryer. Takes less room than a microwave and warms/cooks faster and fries or anything else comes out like they just got brought out to your table at the restaurant. It’s really awesome. Love mine.

Yes, know what you mean, the geese cooperated nicely when they took off. The mount should be ok, we don't cook too much there, most of the grease is out on the grill.

Tom, really enjoyed watching this last night…at My Cabin! Yes, finally got up to the cabin this weekend. Honestly, it will be a short trip and the Mrs and I didn’t care..we just wanted to get away. The forecast was sunny and in the 60’s so we went for it. Looks like a great Spring Trip! Philly steak is always great! Glad to see you get back out on the water. I did some casting from the dock but even the little fish haven’t come in from the deeper waters yet. Great idea for the canoe trip! Enjoyed seeing that. I had a real smasher buck from the winter cam I left out up here. Always fun going through a Fall to Winter full card cam. Anyway, you guys had some great food, campfires, fishing and a canoe trip….and finally without rain!!! Looking forward to seeing how the forestry project turns out…and of course your box blind. Thanks again for bringing us along.

What an incredible spring vid trip. The nice sunny weather really showed off Pine Creek. Beautiful for a canoe ride despite a dunk in the chilly water. At least there were no dueling banjo's. lol Bears, beers, BBQ's, campfires, Wellsboro diner and Cook's burnt ends. How could it get any better ? Well plenty of RITP's shots that's how. @@whiterook85 I quit fooling with them years ago. Most guys I know that catch them do so with spinners. Personally, I've found minnows and butterworms are the ticket on the Pine.

Was almost still like winter there, just some grass turning green and a few sprouts popping up. We did have some good food, restaurant, cooked up, and re-heated. Next time I go back it will look completely different.

Been waiting to see a spring trip. I've only been in to my camp twice so far this year. First time up I finished up some insulating of the ceiling and last time I installed a ceiling fan and did some tree work. Jackery is working great. Back up next weekend for some turkey hunting. Had a tom and couple hens close but never got a shot. Always great to get away!

I wouldn't be able to pass that up either. Threat Level Purple looks like a fantastic backpacking beer. If you are carrying weight and want beer you can't beat 11% in a tall boy. Too bad the PB and Candy Apples don't seem to work. Literally sounds like the kind of snacks that'd lure a hungry Canadian down across the boarder. Haha! Loved the Video. We've had a few 400-500 over the years. Normally they leave the cabin alone. One did put some claw marks in one of the screens, and there were some paw prints on the shed door. And comment anytime, always welcome!

The one at my house is used about 3 times a week and I’ve had it since 2018. Not a single issue. My father in law has had one for about 5 years and uses it more than I do once again no issues. The thing with our camp is we use it about like you would and it was a little pricy but we have 10 guys that come up so it wasn’t terrible

The Carpenter bee 🐝 traps definitely work my dad has them up at the cabin 4 total and the do their job....not sure if you treat the cabin with a pesticide to warn them off too but we do and that prevents them from boring the holes in the wood try a good perimeter spray use termidor sc if available or allowed in PA it's safe odorless and will keep all types of wood destroying organisms away.....I do pest control for a living trust me Tom it will work 😉

That was the first time for the fly rod for Shawn. Told him to give it some time and take it a little slower. A lesson or two wouldn't hurt. I never tried one either, but that was the way to go while we were there.

Out of curiosity where did you pick that cedar cabin up at? We’re about an hour north upstate with our place!

The cabin, that was stick built back in the 80's. The cedar interior was put in between 05-09. Hope that helps. Cedar came from Home Depot or Lowes.

Yes, I absolutely do, if you keep up with it, deer will come back over and over. Does it grow the monsters, well I can't say because we just don't have those deer up there.
