Checked out a well-used Springfield Hellcat rental pistol at my local indoor range and was very impressed with the pistol's accuracy!

My every day carry gun! The Pro version... I keep the 17 rd in it with 2 15 rd backups; wonderful peace of mind. Never had an issue with it...👍

Excellent firearm and a great carry gun.

To control that pistol and maintain a predictable cadence, I looped my support-hand index finger underneath the trigger guard to gain additional controlled leverage on the pistol to medicate that recoil snap associated with small pistols. The less surface area on micro pistol can be a challenge sometime to figure out mitigating some felt recoil and muzzle rise. Physics is always in play when operating a firearm. The key is learning how to use towards your advantage in some regard.

Way more accurate than a S&W M&P Shield Plus. Then again so is a GLOCK G43/G43X and a Sig P-365/P-365X/P-365XL. M&Ps suck in the accuracy department even though they look ok and feel ok. They don't shoot OK in highly experienced shooters hands. It's a barrel and rifling twist rate issue as well as a lockup time issue that S&W still to this day refuses to fix.

The HellCat Pro is better the grip is longer therefore you don't get a pinky pinch ..also the longer grip give you better control ..

I’d like to see a side by side comparison with the pro model. Same shooter, but it’d be nice to see the difference in felt recoil. I have the pro and it still feels pretty snappy to me. Never tried the base hellcat though.

I’ll check to see if my range has the pro model in their rental counter and will compare the two. I am curious myself.

Stick a 15rd extension onto the hellcat micro and you're good to go
@kogasoldier93796 ай бұрын
@@jason200912 regular hellcat has a shorter barrel/slide and grip so less felt recoil I’m sure. 15 is the flush mag on the pro which is what i have.
@itszach68085 ай бұрын
15 round mag really helps with the grip
@JamesMorton-hf3xb4 ай бұрын
Personally, I'm 6'-4" and keep the 17 rd mag in it to help with the grip. That extra bit on the bottom helps large handed folk.

Sorry, I mistook the video title for "Hellcat Pro". I was not as efficient as I'd like to be.

Does not look snapy is your hands. Mine was bouncing all over.

It’s not snappy. Only Sig fangirls say it because they are hating. It feels exactly like the p365.

@@redskins1120actually when shot side by side with the p365 is when you can 100% tell how much more snappy it is than the p365.

@@jackripper6033 I did and they feel exactly the same. I have the Hellcat and my friend has the Sig. both feel the same.
