I absolutely love minestrone soup! I make it, freeze some and share with my oldest daughter who doesn’t cook. I definitely need to try making my own vegetable broth. I prefer lip products with more color. I definitely enjoy gardening! I live in Texas were the heat of summer is very hard on plants so I have to be selective in what I plant. Love the nursery you go to, we don’t have a shop like that near us.

It was a cold and rainy day in NJ so I made a giant pot of sauce, meatballs and sausage. I threw some electric rollers in my hair and had some curls today. Btw, adding onion skins to any soup gives it that beautiful golden color! Happy Easter❤

Hi Karen , l loved your hair !I remember, back in the day, we used empty juice cans as curlers to get big loose curls. My hair looked great, but I was exhausted because it was impossible to sleep on the juice cans ..your curlers look so comfortable to sleep on. Did you get the broth idea from Josie? I love her and she has great recipes, fashion and garden tips. If you're not watching her, check her out. She lives in the Cotswolds and it's beautiful landscape. Worked in the yard and my garden today and thrilled I have a ton of baby tomatoes and peppers already growing.

I do love to garden mostly flowers!!! oh my Karen your plants are wayyyy too leggy get them outside!! they are reaching for the sun. they need actual sun and wind to strengthen them. Next time once they come up like an inch you should get them outside to harden them off. they need to get used to the actual weather. Great recipe!! making me hungry lol. I need to make myself a pot of soup. I live lane, and never take the time to do something like that for myself. But it sure looks delicious!
