Sprinkler that works with Expandable Hose

I was looking for info about using a water sprinkler timer with an expandable hose and stumbled across this video. Fortunately, the hose we bought has a built-in shut-off valve on the output end. I'm glad I hadn't bought a sprinkler yet, now I know which type to get. Thanks for saving me some aggravation!

Here's a thought if you don't want to get wet. Attach a 5 or 10 foot standard hose to the end of the expandable hose. That should be all the head start to need to stay dry.

How do you use the sprinkler without Shrinking back once expanded it moves across the yard I need it expanded to reach

I have a shut off valve at the end of my hose.

Thank you. I have been trying to find clear information with evidence that there is a significant pressure drop with expandable hoses. The expandable hoses are for women doing livht work

Interesting maybe it’s due to your water main pressure. My incoming is around 90 psi front the city...I’ve never had an issue, you can always neck it down at your sprinkler connection

That's funny because when I lived in the city I ended up going to the mall and they had this bathroom with crazy water pressure like 1000 psi at least almost blew my frickin hands of dude!!

I manually water my grass. There is just something about being out on the lawn in the morning when it is quiet and just spraying your lawn with water and smoking a cigarette.
