Yo harry, I really want to run track at my high school next year and can I get your advice on how to train and succeed and reach my goals?
@krepes86856 жыл бұрын
King Blue 99 My number one recommendation is to find a sprint group, they will drag your progress forwards greatly and motivate you to improve.

I feel like this guy could have been a sub 9.9 100m guy if he didn't have that myostatin deficiency which makes him too muscular. He always had to lug around an extra 15 pounds of muscle on his frame which no doubt slowed him down. I feel the last thing he should have been doing was regular weight training, that would have just worsened the problem. He has an awesome physique, and he's tall to go with it, at 5'11.

He's too much muscular to be a top runner
@mrtrader37695 жыл бұрын
He is top runner. British national team. However Bolt or de Grasse don't have big muscles and they are fast. Sprint it's not bodybuilding,but everybody is different. Maybe he runs faster when he is muscular. Do you think he didn’t check this out ?
@Hi-vb4di4 жыл бұрын
@@mrtrader3769 it's just suspicious because he isn't very aerodynamic and there's a lot of weight to pull. Though he does run very fast regardless.
