100M dash is a sport of confident people. One reason why many athletes could not beat Usain was because mentally they were afraid of him including his long stretch. They have to have a lot of self-belief from day 1 training to an end of the race. They should never focus on World record timing or who is the star running in the same race. If they are smaller runners, they just have to feel that they are like the COMMON SWIFT BIRD which is the fastest bird in the world in terms of power and very small in size, or imagine as Cheetah or an Impala( small vegetarian which is almost as fast as Cheetah). All these are the fastest but smaller in size. It's too late now to beat Usain. But Tripple gold x 3 Olympics is possible again and again if you believe in yourself as those 3 animals mentioned above.

Stop selling these people bullshit. Usain is a fucking freak of nature and thats why they couldnt beat him, especially when it really mattered. As for the triple triple being repeated by others again and again....please. There is a reason in the history of track and field its only ever been done by one man. No amount of pep talk is gonna create another Usain any time soon.

Don Rider And if everyone thought like you do, as most people do think like you, bc of people like you, then no one will even accomplish what Usain Bolt has accomplished and more. Thank God Usain never thought the way you do. The way you think is the mentality of a Loser! I'd rather think like a winner such as Usain, I buy this Sales pitch over yours. Good luck in life homeskillet!

I always feel good when good guys succeed. I like Trayvon .. I'd like him if he wasn't a sprinter- Good hearted man here, doing his work, serious, forthright in his speech... keep the hammer down Trayvon, here's to victory in all your battles.

I could have said "he's admirable on a personal level.. not just admirable because of his track skills" But I shortened it ... short notes rely on the reader to pickup context and not go to far down the road towards the worst possible interpretation .. there is no Sprinter Hating club I'm aware of...

Closeoutracer You should have said "I'd like him even if he wasn't a sprinter". Your original comment reads as if you would like him if it were not for him being a sprinter, that's undeniable.

Makes me wonder how would Bolt's career differ if he had access to these training facilities and such understanding of the human body... maybe he wouldn't have suffered as many injuries as he did in his career and possibly continued to break world records after world records.
