@@jveeze2551 He went to a doctor for his Achilles that was not a sports doc. He didn't have Bromell do any rehab for 6 months. Had to have a 2nd operation.

ConservativeAnthem I had a mcl tear last February and rehabed but also did things they said not to but thankfully it didn’t affect me

I respect trayvon a lot. I sprint at a lower level and have the same injury. It's an injury that's notoriously hard to overcome. Hope he comes back.

Francis Picklefield the reason is because your upper body works just as much as your legs do so if your upper body is weak your posture will be weak and cause you to slow down or give up
