@@80nodrog To bloody small for 410 Sprintcar racing. Anyway, it's about time that Australia had at least one Track of 1/3 mile length. We had a number when I was younger, Sydney Showground Speedway, Clairmont in Perth come to mind, also the old Westmead Track, that was formally in Western Sydney. Just ask Ian Madsen what racing on those big ovals in the States is like, compared to coming back to .... Well whatever this is. We CAN and MUST do better than this, if we're going to put the "bum on seat's" that's needed to grow the Sport we love. Pretty simple equation, I'd like to think.

@@JackHewett285 The new Eastern Creek track was built as per contract written up between the State Government and ... Well I'm not sure whom, but the point is that it was to be built "like for like" I E - what had (at Parramatta) is what you'll get at E.C, so that'll be a quarter mile. Now grant you, the Perth Motorplex track I believe is 500 - 550m, but that's not quite the over 580ms that Claremont used to be, and it's still not the 600 plus that would bring it up to the 1/3 mile marker. Size matters ... "That's what SHE SAID!!" 😎 EDIT: - I'm the silly bugger that asked you a few weeks back if you were the "real Jack Hewett". Don't I feel stupid. Oh well, nothing's changed, so ..👍
