I agree. While there could be open Sundays they can use, regular make-up shows are not as well attendance, especially if added late. But it def frustrating when everyone lose about half the shows so far due to iffy weather. Also rescheduling it for mid-week is also difficult to do due to work commitments by everyone, and open Fri dates in fall can be challenging due to High School football. Just hope weather turn around soon so we have better weather in the summer, and make up for some lost ground, while also making sure the tracks stay profitable.

Weather is a problem for tracks every year. This year isn't any different other than its hitting Central PA. and Ohio. Ask California about weather and fires and stuff beyond their control.

Nah ... always a topic. I just sat down and did the numbers, and races lost to weather has been significant. I could do an outdoor show ... but most of the time I tape it at night.

@@SprintCarUnlimited For a future topic .... How much has non direct racing costs increased over the last few years . (Since 2020) Costs like transportation , truck prices , fuel , maintence ,meals ., lodging , shop rent light bills etc etc . Excluding direct car costs such as engines tires , chassis wings etc . Perhaps poll some owners breaking it down to travelling and non travelling teams .i
