Hello! My name is Evan and this is a tour of the sprinter van my dad and I converted. My father is a professional carpenter and with his expertise, we were able to design and build this van. We wanted this van to be self-sufficient, so we add as many solar panels as possible to allow the van to rely mostly on electrical appliances. The electrical system and plumbing were specifically condensed to one area of the van to maximize efficiency and ease of maintenance.

I like this design - I need some of these vans, but I would only use synthetic materials (not wood because trees are living beings) if I had vans!

It's so nice to see a Van conversion video that is so succinct. All the other Van videos go into too much unnecessary fluff and extra side conversations that make the run time 10-20 minutes. Maybe they're doing it to hit algorithms or quotas, but I appreciate your videos so much more because it's straight to the point! Awesome job on the van build, it's clean and practical.

I agree. I like that this was 5 min. Maybe an extra 2 minutes at most to discuss some missing things but lots of these type of videos are 15min or so - it’s half fluff.

This is a fantastic build. You and your Dad did a great job in the layout and design. So effecient and great use of space. With a shower all in a 144WB!!! I like how you recessed the counter slightly back to allow for more walk room, the trifold mirror doors and the flip out bed platform. Definetely skills of a carpenter. Truly impressive! I've seen quite a few Mercedes Sprinter van conversions and this Sprinter van has so much more space... and a shower too! I absolutely love this design. Same size bed but with tons more floor space, plus a shower and a proper seating area, without sacrificing any of the storage space vs a typical design with a fixed double bed at the back. With this amazing design, you can have your cake and eat it! Perhaps the best thing of all, two people could live very comfortably in this van full-time... and, thanks to that seating area, you could even have friends over and hang out with them in this van. Unbelievable!
