Did you ever find out the cause of this? I’m having the same issue after fitting a rear oil seal conversion

I've looked at this a few times and I just don't get it. How can oil appear out of the spigot bush? The bush is in a blind hole at the end of the crank - there is no path for pressurised oil to make. An oil leak would usually start from the other side of the flywheel flange - out of the scroll - but in this case I think you've got an oil seal kit installed haven't you.
