To use the decals, first left click on "Place Source" button on the right to put down a Sprocket decal on your tank, then right click that decal (there's an orange circle you can click on), then left click on whatever other decal you want in place of the Sprocket decal

You can apply the decals, you have to click on that option that appears to the right of them. Then you put it where you want. After that you click it an then click the decal you want.

The way you can tell Sprocket's really got it right is that when you go all-in on making a replica tank accurate to the real thing, it almost always ends up near-identical to the real thing in terms of performance and weight

@@_arthur_360 I made a Su-122-54, which is heavier and thicker-armored than a T-34, and it ended up within .5 tons of the real thing. There's no reason your T-34 would be heavier.

U can put more gear ratio to make rpm less so the engine will not get on fire

Just lower engine displacement till the maximum RPM setting for the engine is about 4200RPM, and if you want to scale up engine power, just slap on some more cylinders. It works consistently.

Thing about engine overreving. It's good to give it more displacement and pistons and then set target max. rpm to what the actual max. rpm is. Higher rpm engines are good for lighter vehicles and vice versa for heavier ones.

There's many ways to solve engine overrev in Sprocket. One way is to set gear ratio numbers lower in the last few gears for the transmission or reduce displacement per piston for more pistons. However, as with increased pistons it greatly increases engine weight and volume taken.

Also, since engine torque is what starts the tank moving it should be prioritised first. Power is secondary unless one of the main goals is to achieve certain top speeds. Therefore lighter vehicles can get away with smaller engines that produce less torque which also weighs lighter and occupies less space.

It looks like a great game, one of the best things I like about it is the fact that tanks don't change colour or give you any clue when they die (ex ammo racks of course). I can see a lot of battles where players keep plugging away at dead tanks because they don't know that they are dead !

The stickers work you just have to press “place decal” and then choose what decal you want and then hover over where you want it and click it. I think that is how, if it isn’t please correct me. Also, you can change the size of the decals with Shift+mousewheel just like the normal tank parts. Hope this helps.

There is a function with the turrets which turns it into a fixed turret, you can make turretless TDs like Jagdtiger or Jagdpanther with that.

To place a decal you want you need to place the default one by pressing 'place source'. Then you gotta press right mouse button to edit it. Also, if you want your tank to be higher off the ground decrease suspension rest angle. Hope i helped.

Ash I dont know if you know this but muzzle breaks matter. The "Non" and "Muzzle Ring" give the most pen and velocity in exchange for recoil

Great game, can be buggy at times (tank stuck for no apparent reason, tank sliding, tracks dissapearing forcing me to quit to main menu, most of the issues I had were in the WW1 scenario) but is relatively new so is expected edit: any tips for ajusting suspension?

Yes. Set torsion length to very short, diameter to as high as possible, and damper all the way up. Adjust as needed.

one thing i discovered is dat if u load the both types of shells, AP and APHE, u can switch the one u load by using 1 and 2 (not numpad ones). But the APHE is severely weak in this game, it makes buum, but doesnt have pen. Only if ur gun has like 250mm pen, it will have APHE pen like 120mm

If you really want build some tanks, try out the Garry's mod addon daktank. It does require a few supporting addons but you can customize almost every thing (hull shape, crew placement, ammo placement, hud, and more) .

this is a wierd mashup of multiple tanks, it has the mantlet of the su 152, he calls it an su 85, it has a 100mm gun, and it appears to have been built on the t44 chassis making it look like the su 122-54

@@Goose-San you can also just disable the turret from the "shape" section for the turret. Than you can make an actual casemate tank and move the gun left and right around its mantlet. It would be a pain in the ass to make the hul into that shape though.
