So cute those buckwheat tails. A new very good flour and easy to make at home! I sprout very often moong beans with skin . Do you think I can make flour from them too? Thank you Olga. :)

Yes, of course, in the same way you can make moon bean flour. Just make sure you dehydrate it after sprouting very well. Mung beans are one of the best plant-based sources of protein. They're rich in essential amino acids, antioxidants, and nutrients.
