Anna - I tried this salad today. Migavum suvaiyaga irundhadhu. Nandri nandri. I am eating something like this for the first time. Restaurant 'Garden Salad' madhiri irukiradhu. Naatu vegetables ipdi sapidalamnu kaamithadarku mikka nandri. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

☘️ #Recipe *Padayal: Spicy & tasty moth bean recipe:* kzbin.info/www/bejne/gXeam3SEfr2sp8k Sprouts is a must have dish every morning. Rich in prana, protein, immunity, pancha boodha sakthi, vitamins. We normally eat sprouted green gram. It is important to consume all sprouts like Black gram, Fenugreek, brown channa & more. Each day is associated with a corresponding grain. Although it is ideal to follow it, it's ok if you eat atleast one tsp sprouts daily. Black gram sprouts is rich in calcium, Fenugreek sprouts is rich in iron. Moth bean is the grain with the most amount of protein. It also has calcium, fibre and iron. This is a very important dish in Padayal. Ingredients: Sprouted moth bean, any one finely chopped country vegtable like ridge guard , cluster been etc, Grated coconut, 1 finely chopped tomato, jeera powder, pepper powder, lemon juice, salt, finely chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves, mint leaves. Finely chopped capsicum (optional) Steps: Take handful of moth bean sprouts. Add equal amount of grated coconut. Add country vegetable, capsicum, tomato. Mix well. Add white pepper powder, jeera powder, salt, curry leaves, mint leaves, coriander leaves, ten drops or one tsp lemon juice.
